Preheat oven to 350 degrees FLine a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.In a mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar. *Combine cracker crumbs and flour; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Press into prepared baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and marshmallows evenly over baked graham cracker mixture. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
*Place graham crackers in a one gallon size sealable plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers. Add the flour and combine with crackers before adding to the creamed mixture. Photo and food styling by Webstop
