Heat grill to medium heat.

Mix meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160 degrees F). Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min. or until melted.

Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.

Tip 1 - How to Toast the Buns
Place buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last 1 to 2 min. of the burger grilling time to grill until lightly toasted.

Tip 2 - Variation
Prepare with extra-lean ground beef, KRAFT Lite Caesar Dressing and whole wheat buns.
