Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 cups WIld Harvest Organic Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach, large stems removed, thawed, drained well

1 cup fat free plain yogurt

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

dash Wild Harvest Organic Ground Cayenne Pepper

Wild Harvest Parmesan Garlic and Herb Pita Chips

Directions:

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pita chips. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until well combined.

Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375 degree F oven 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned on top and bubbly.

Remove from oven and serve with pita chips.
