Creamy Veggies
High in calcium, vitamins A and C and low in cholesterol.

(4 oz) Velveeta Light Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

(1/2 of 8 oz pkg) fat free cream cheese, cut up
|
|
|
Directions:
Layer frozen vegetables, prepared cheese product and cream cheese in 1 1/2- quart microwavable casserole; cover.
Microwave on high 7 minutes; rotate dish. Microwave an additional 6 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly heated.
Stir until creamy.
