Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

12 cups fresh torn spinach leaves

2 cans (6 oz.) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked

1 medium red onion, sliced into rings

4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup pecans, candied

creamy salad dressing of choice

Add To

Directions:

For each serving, place 3 cups spinach on plate. Top with tuna and 1/4 cup each onions and blue cheese. Sprinkle each salad with 2 tablespoons candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
