Baja Taco Salad

3 cups tortilla chips, slightly crushed

1 package (8 oz.) iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 can (11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained

1/2 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded

prepared salsa

1 package (3 oz.) shrimp

2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
