Yield: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Paprika

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Allspice

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Directions:

To use, sprinkle on shrimp to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight, to blend flavors. Prepare shrimp as desired. This may also be used for chicken.
