1/2 pkg. NO YOLKS Cholesterol Free Egg Noodles, medium

1 cup sliced celery

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup chopped cauliflower

1 1/4 cups sweet pickles, sliced into rounds

1 lb. medium-sized cooked shrimp

Dressing

1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon celery seed

3 tablespoons fat free French dressing

1 teaspoon grated onion

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Cook NO YOLKS according to package directions, drain, rinse with cool water and drain well.

Combine NO YOLKS, celery, parsley, tomatoes, cauliflower, pickles and shrimp. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery seed, French dressing, onion and pepper together. Add to NO YOLKS mixture and toss lightly to coat. Serve chilled.
